Scope

- Warehouses, sheds and light industrial buildings
- Gravity and lateral systems: moment frames, shear walls, flat, solid and ribbed slabs
Deliverables
- Design basis report: loads, combinations, materials, soil parameters, assumptions
- ETABS and SAFE models with load cases and combinations
- Calculation package for slabs, beams, columns, walls, stairs and foundations
- General arrangement and RC detail drawings in your title block
- Check summary listing governing load cases and critical design ratios
What we need from you
- Architectural plans, sections and elevations (DWG preferred)
- Geotechnical report or allowable bearing pressure
- Design code and authority requirements
- Any client or consultant design criteria
