More than eleven years of structural engineering, ten of them in the UAE, across structural design, independent design review and construction supervision of commercial and residential developments, including more than 120 luxury villas and high-end farmhouses. Experienced with consultant and contractor workflows, authority submissions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and the review comments that come with them.
The range of work covers RC buildings from concept to authority submission; foundations including isolated and combined footings, rafts, piles, pile caps, retaining walls and tower crane bases; steel poles, masts and monopoles; steel connections, base plates and anchor bolts; verification of existing structures for new loads; and review of contractor shop drawings, bar bending schedules and temporary works such as shoring and dewatering.
All work is designed or checked by the lead engineer before it leaves the office.
